We're offering free data access to all NHS websites, at home and abroad for all contract and Pay As You Go customers. All calls to NHS 111 are already free.

Beware of scammers

We're aware of reports of customers being targeted by texts and email with messages that appear to be from UK businesses asking for personal and financial information because of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

These are scams and are not genuine. If we want to talk to you about the Coronavirus, we'll never ask you for either personal or financial details. You can report any texts you receive by texting 7726.

We know that the current situation will have a financial impact on a lot of people. That's why, if you struggle to pay your bill during this period, we won't stop your services.

All we ask is that you let us know by calling 333 free from your Three phone and select the relevant automated option. We'll let you know when things are back to normal.
