We're closely monitoring events across the UK. We've got teams working to make sure our network performs for everyone at all times. So contacting family, loved ones, and the emergency services is available when you need. Keeping you connected is our top priority.

We're reducing our Pay Monthly International Saver Add-on price from £15.32 to £10 – so you can stay connected from the UK with loved ones in 31 destinations around the world for less. We'll automatically apply the new price if you already have it.
No need to leave the house to stay connected. We still offer free next working day delivery on all new purchases. And as all our delivery partners are taking crucial precautions to prevent close contact, you know you'll get your goods safe and sound.
To help some of the most vulnerable, and their families, we’re working with several charities throughout the country to supply equipment and access to a digital connection.
Connecting people and keeping them in touch with their nearest and dearest is a simple way for us to do our bit in these unprecedented times.
Our donations will mean that we’re able to help connect critically ill patients to their families, maintain support networks for kids with learning and social challenges, and get broadband into homes that aren't online.
We’ll continue to look at ways we can help and work with partners to ensure we keep the nation connected.

Are you offering free access to NHS 111 services?
We're offering free data access to all NHS websites, at home and abroad for all contract and Pay As You Go customers. All calls to NHS 111 & 119 are already free.
We've also removed our charge for using Hospedia, the bedside hospital communications service. For now, the only charge applied will be Hospedia's own. Check out Hospedia's website for more details on their services.

Some customers are receiving a text or email asking them for personal and financial information, due to Coronavirus. They appear to be from UK businesses.These are scams and are not genuine. If we want to talk to you about the Coronavirus, we’ll never ask you for either personal or financial details. You can report any messages you receive by texting 7726.

Until 31 May, we're making the price £10 a month rather than the usual £15.32. If you already have it, we'll automatically reduce the amount you're charged while this offer is live too. We hope this helps ease the pressure a little and allows people to check-in on friends and family abroad.
