Getting started with your device.
Keeping your old device?
- Check compatibility.
Three SIMs will only work with 3G or 4G phones. To check if your device meets the minimum requirement, text 'Mobile' to 78333. (There is no charge for this service)
- Make sure your device is unlocked.
If you bought your device from another network, you may need to get it unlocked before you can use it with a Three SIM. Find out how to get your device unlocked so you can use it with a Three SIM.
Understanding your first bill.
Your first bill will be higher than your usual monthly charge, as you'll be charged for a month and up to nine days. This is so you can get connected as soon as you get your phone or SIM. Check out the video for more info. Don't worry if you don't see your device. The video only shows phones, but it works on everything else too.
Your My3 account.
Manage your account.
The easiest way to manage your account is in My3. You can use My3 to check your bills, monitor your allowances and update your details. Find out more about My3.
Using your device abroad.
Calls and texts to the UK and within the EU/EEA are included in your allowance with all our plans. And with Feel At Home, you can call or text the UK and use your data at no extra cost in 71 destinations worldwide.
Travelling to a non-Feel At Home destination?
You can use our phones, tablets and Mobile Wi-Fi devices in over 138 countries, so you can stay connected when you're abroad.

If you're using a dongle or Mobile Wi-Fi, you've got an online dashboard you can use to manage your account. You'll need to be connected to your device to see the dashboard, and using the dashboard won't use up any of your data allowance.
To open your dashboard.
1. Connect to your device. 2. Go to http://3.home. You might want to bookmark the page.
